Building a Data Infrastructure for BCBA Supervision

5-15 min Problem-Solving

Focus on targets showing flat or declining trends. RBT proposes modifications; you guide decision-making using the data.

15-20 min Skill Building

Review video of a recent session or role-play a specific procedure. Provide specific, behavioral feedback.

20-25 min Treatment Integrity Check

Review procedural fidelity data. Address any drift from protocols. Update written materials if procedures have changed.

25-30 min Documentation & Planning

Log supervision hours. Assign specific tasks for next week. Confirm next meeting time.

Documentation Requirements for Supervision Hours

The BACB requires detailed documentation of supervision. Protect yourself and your supervisees by tracking:
