How to Use Para Quick-Log Cards

Before Your Shift

  • Get target behaviors from teacher/BCBA
  • Write behavior names on cards
  • Clarify what counts as occurrence

During Your Shift

  • Mark tally box each time behavior occurs
  • Note significant incidents in ABC section
  • Track prompts you provided

End of Shift

  • Count totals for each behavior
  • Pass card to teacher or next para
  • Note any urgent concerns
